		<description>Good article about why houses done sell. In my experience it&#039;s almost always a price issue. Homes need to be priced ahead of the market to sell nowadays. Those hopeful high asking prices are not attractive to buyers and say the seller is willing to consider an offer if it&#039;s high. bottom line is as this article says, price it well and it will sell! </description>
