It is easy to blow the budget on kitchen renovations and get carried away, but follow these tips and avoid some of the pitfalls. Have a plan including a list of appliances and try and use as much of the original kitchen as you can. Set a budget that includes a contingency fund for unexpected costs. Remember the kitchen triangle and keep the layout simple. Kitchens sell houses so get in the experts where needed.
