Anecdotally it sort of feels like the market is transitioning back to the buyers rather than the sellers. In the Auckland areas investors are involved in, anyway.
Yet some of the people we are seeing, make alarming comments about how property is not really that illiquid. I can’t agree. The right property deal certainly will get attention.
